WiseIN Community Guidelines

1.1 Respectful Communication

Talk to people the way you'd talk face to face. Because on WiseIN, you probably will, on a video call. Be polite. Be thoughtful. Stay calm even when you disagree.

1.2 No Harassment, Bullying, or Abuse

Zero tolerance. No insults, slurs, threats, bullying, or hate speech. Not in posts. Not in comments. Not in DMs. Not on video calls. Your verified badge is a privilege, don't lose it.

1.3 Constructive Discussions

Add value or ask real questions. Share what you know. Help someone who's stuck. This isn't a place for arguments, it's a place for people who are building things.

1.4 Community & Group Behaviour

Every community has its own rules. Follow them. Stay on topic. Don't spam the same post in multiple communities. Don't hijack someone else's thread.

2.1 Be Who You Say You Are

Your name, your role, your experience, all of it must be real. We verify identity through government ID. We trust you to keep the rest honest. If your job changes, update your profile.

2.2 Verification Is Non-Negotiable

Submit real documents. Fake, edited, or stolen IDs = permanent ban. No warnings. No second chances. Verification is what makes WiseIN different from every other platform. Don't ruin it.

2.3 Profile Accuracy

Keep your profile up to date. If you change jobs, update it. If you learn a new skill, add it. Your profile is your identity on WiseIN, treat it like your reputation.

3.1 No Spam

No spam. No "dear sir/madam." No copy-paste DMs. No irrelevant promotions. No posting the same thing in 10 communities. We built WiseIN to kill spam, don't bring it back.

3.2 No Scams or Fraud

No fake job offers. No asking for money. No misleading hiring practices. No pyramid schemes. No "I can 10x your revenue" nonsense. If we catch it, your account is gone and your verified badge is revoked permanently.

3.3 No Fake Documents

All uploaded files must be real. Fake resumes, fake certificates, manipulated documents, fabricated work history, all permanently bannable. If you lie about who you are, you don't belong here.

3.4 Job & Opportunity Integrity

Job postings must be real. Roles, responsibilities, and compensation must be accurately represented. If you're hiring, be honest about what you're offering. If you're offering services, be honest about what you can deliver.

4.1 No Harmful Content

No violent, explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content. Ever. WiseIN is a space for every kind of professional, founders, farmers, designers, lawyers, students, creators. Content must be respectful to all of them.

4.2 No Misinformation

Don't spread things you can't verify. False claims, rumours, exaggerated stats, and manipulated content damage trust. If you're not sure it's true, don't post it.

4.3 Respect Copyright

Share only what you own or have permission to use. Don't upload someone else's work, logos, images, or documents without their consent.

4.4 Community-Specific Rules

Some communities have topic-specific rules. Follow them. If a community is about agriculture, don't post about crypto. Stay relevant.

5.1 Protect Other People's Privacy

Don't share anyone's personal info without their permission. No phone numbers. No emails. No home addresses. No screenshots of private conversations. What someone shares with you in a conversation is between you and them.

5.2 Meetings & Documents Are Private

Don't record, screenshot, or share anyone's video call, chat, or documents without their explicit permission. WiseIN meetings are private spaces. Treat them that way.

5.3 Share Responsibly

Think before you post. Don't share financial data, ID proofs, business strategies, or internal company information publicly. Don't share someone else's confidential information. Ever. If you're not sure whether something is ok to share, don't.

6.1 We Verify Identity, Not Behaviour

Your green badge proves you're real. But being real isn't enough, be respectful too. Before every call, both participants agree to the call conduct guidelines.

6.2 During the Call

Don't ask for personal information, phone numbers, home address, financial details. Don't record without consent. Don't harass, pressure, or make anyone uncomfortable. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face in a room full of people, don't say it on a WiseIN call.

6.3 After the Call

Both participants can rate the call and report any issues. If someone asked for personal info, misbehaved, or misrepresented themselves, report it. We review every report within 24 hours. The other person won't know who flagged them.

6.4 If You Feel Uncomfortable

End the call. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Report what happened. We'll handle it.

7.1 Use Tools Ethically

Posts, communities, events, hiring, video meetings, messaging, AI summaries, use them professionally and respectfully. Don't use any feature to spam, mislead, harass, or manipulate.

7.2 Don't Misuse Verification

Your verified status is trust. Don't use it to pressure people. Don't use it to mislead. Don't use it to scam. The badge says "I'm real." Make sure your behaviour says the same thing.

7.3 No Bots, Scraping, or Hacking

No scraping data from profiles, communities, or posts. No bots. No automation tools pulling data from WiseIN. No attempting unauthorized access. We built this platform to keep bots OUT, if you try to bring them in, permanent ban and legal action.

8.1 Identity Fraud

Using someone else's identity, creating fake profiles, altering verification documents, or impersonating anyone, permanently banned. We may request re-verification at any time for suspicious accounts.

8.2 Behaviour That Harms the Community

Posting fake job openings. Sharing offensive media. Exploiting communities for personal gain. Disturbing events or meetings. Pressuring users financially or emotionally. All of these damage trust and will be addressed immediately.

8.3 Severe Violations, No Appeal

These get you permanently banned:

9.1 How to Report

See something wrong? Report it. You can report profiles, posts, comments, job postings, events, and messages. Be honest in your report, include what happened and any relevant details.

Don't misuse reporting. False reporting, mass-reporting, or revenge reporting is itself a violation.

9.2 What Happens After You Report

We review every report within 24 hours. The reported person will never know who flagged them. Your report is completely confidential.

Our team checks context, reviews the content, considers intent and severity, and ensures fairness before taking any action.

9.3 What We Can Do

Depending on the violation:

Repeated violations escalate the consequences. We don't give unlimited second chances.

10.1 Follow the Law

All users must follow local, national, and international laws. Don't use WiseIN for fraud, scams, copyright theft, unauthorized hiring, or financial misconduct. If it's illegal offline, it's illegal on WiseIN.

10.2 Respect Intellectual Property

Post only content you own or have permission to use. No pirated documents. No plagiarized content. No stolen images or logos.

10.3 Accept WiseIN's Policies

By using WiseIN, you agree to follow these guidelines and any future updates. We may revise policies as the platform grows. Continued use means acceptance.
